This machine is suitable for thermoforming various drinking cup covers, boxes, containers with PP, bio-degradable PP, PS, PET, PVC sheet rolls, especially suitable for fully automatic producing of coffer cup cover.
Structure Characteristics:
A. Continuous processing. Combining pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, the machine achieves continuous fully auto running of sheet loading, forming, hole-punching, cutting, stacking and counting under PLC controlling system
B. Horizontal type toggle mechanism makes the operation more humanized.
C. High utilization of the material. Servo driving system ensures accurate and reliable sheet feeding.
D. External mould cutting. Positive pressure thermoforming, hole-punching, edge-slitting process to be finished independently, the machine achieves external mould cutting, adequate for different products demand...
