1. Usage

The machine is mainly apply in the modified PP, environmental degradation PP, PS, PET, PVC reel sheet, etc. To positive-pressure thermoform all kinds of cups, boxes and other containers.

2. Structural features
1) The machine adopts electro-hydraulic- pneumatic design with rational structure, advanced capability. All of the process are continuously produced automatically from displaying material until forming cup to receiving material with high-automatization. PLC control system ensures the machine to work more reliable.
2) The machine adopts sheet feeding, closing mould, forming, cutting, blowing are discrete actions. They are controlled by PLC system to achieve process control. It is easy adjustment, and is applicable to different production processes requirements.
3)The machine adopts transducer and rotary encoder which are component sheet feeding system and controlled by PLC to ensure to sheet feeding smoothly, rapidly, accurately and reliably with easy adjustment.
4)The closing mould adopts elbow-bar which is driven by hydraulic system and with advantage of large cutting force, stable pressure, accurate and reliable moves. Unique programming control makes the closing mould moving fast and smooth.
5) Heating cabinet adopts shift structure, the operation maintenance is very convenient. Using 13-segments area automatic temperature control so that achieve the purposes of uniform heating of the sheet.
