USE
RC series forming machine is mainly suitable for curled sheet of PVC, PS, expansion PSP, PP, PET, biodegraded PP, etc., to make all kinds of thin & open container through vacuum forming process, for example, many kinds of disposable lunch box, fast food plate, instant noodle bowl, western food box, inner lining of food packing, ice cream cup, candy box, cake box, etc.
It can also make packing products for tourist goods, toy, medicine, electric appliance component, hardware, etc., as well as breeding plate for farm crops and vegetable. The machine is suitable for curled sheet of PVC, PS, PET, PP, biodegraded PP, expansion PSP, etc, to make all kinds of products through vacuum forming process.
CHARACTER OF CONSTRUCTION
1. The machine is combined with pneumatic, mechanical and electric drive to achieve automatic continuous working of feeding sheet, forming, demoulding, seciton cutting and stacking. Using PLC control system makes the machine working more reliable.
2. Using servo driving system for stable and reliable sheet feeding. Width, length and speed of feeding can be stepless adjusted accurately, suitable for different mould's arrangement, to improve use rate of material.
3. The function of two-step vacuum forming is suitable for making the products of large depth. The machine can be forming by negative mould or positive mould, convenient and fast for replacing the mould.
4. Equipped heating system with upper and lower heaters of hollow far-infrared heating piece for two-section heating. Divisional temperature control system makes heating process economical, equal and easy adjusting.
5. With wind cooling and water fog system, so as to work continuously without water cooling inside mould, sepecially suitable for production by non-metal mould. 6. Equipped with dual-shaft material loosing device, section-cutting and stacking unit, to improve production efficiency.
